Return and Refund

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at relieverestore@protonmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you if the refund is approved or rejected. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, however, that your bank or credit card company may take several days to process the payment back into your account.  We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
